Welcome to Optimal Health Foundation, a community-based organization with a vision to build a community in South Florida where quality healthcare services are available and affordable for all. We are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals facing financial challenges, with a particular focus on reducing health disparities affecting minority communities.

Our mission is to provide supplemental health services, linkage to care, and other resources to support individuals in maintaining their health. Through our various programs and partnerships, we are able to offer a range of services to meet the diverse needs of our clients. These services may include assistance with accessing medical care, prescription assistance, health education and resources, and much more.

Get to Know Us
Optimal Health was founded by Drs. Abraham and Kristen Hollist to provide a better system of healthcare delivery. Their personal experience with their son's Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) inspired them to explore alternative options and modify his lifestyle and nutrition to prevent complications.
Due to their efforts their son has never experienced severe SCD related complications.

As healthcare providers in their community, Drs. Hollist understand the challenges that come with managing health and navigating the healthcare system. They believe that people can achieve healthier lives through patient education focused on preventative health, collaboration with health experts across different specialties, and access to social support. Optimal Health Foundation bridges all of these elements together to help build the health of their community.
